Returns
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within 10 days of delivery. Items must meet the same conditions as returns.
How to Return or Exchange

- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Pack your items securely with the original packaging
- Ship the items back to us
Products Shipping and Delivery policy
Orders that are:
- Refused
- Unreachable
- Returned due to incorrect information
May require prepayment for future orders. We accept exchanges on unworn items within 48 hours of delivery.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us via Instagram DM @sakki.co , Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
Exchange shipping fees may apply.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
